• Contact me to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to determine if this feels like a good counselling fit. I want you to feel confident and comfortable before making this investment in yourself.

Individual Counselling (in-person and virtual)

• Standard 50-minute session: $180 + GST

• Counselling rates are set in accordance with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.

• Please note that at this time I am currently only offering virtual counselling sessions.

Payment

• Payment is due on the date of the counselling appointment.

• Accepted method is e-transfer.

Cancellation Policy

• Please note that no-shows or late cancellations put a hole in my schedule, which could otherwise be booked. As such, 24 hours' notice is required for any changes or cancellations. If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, the full session rate will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.

Extended Health Plans

• As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), many extended health plans provide coverage. However, coverage depends on your specific health plan.

• Please check with your extended health plan for details about your counselling coverage.

• A receipt will be provided at the end of each session with all the necessary information for reimbursement through your extended health plan.
